Opinions on NPS (Net Promoter Score) vary widely. But the reality is that a lot of organizations use NPS. Indeed, it has become a standard key performance indicator (KPI) that many business executives embrace. And it’s not going away anytime soon. The question for those of us who care about data quality, is: how can we augment or possibly modify NPS to optimize its efficacy as a meaningful, strategic KPI? In this special Guest Lecture with NPS expert Paul Abel, Ph.D., Research Rockstar students got to hear Paul share his work on NPS, including some fascinating experiments he has done to test optimization options. Paul is Managing Partner at Blue Research (http://blue-research.com/), and has also published several articles in market research journals. Watch here.
